Return & Exchanges
Your experience with the Liferspnw.com is absolutely important to us. Lifers PNW’s goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the Items you order and your experience with Liferspnw.com. However, by making a purchase with us you are agreeing to the following terms relating to returns & exchanges.
All sales are final and cannot be returned for money back. Exchanges are accepted for size and defect reasons only. To initiate an exchange please contact customer service at LifersPNW@gmail.com within 10 days of your order being received. After the 10 days (including weekends), unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange due to each drop being limited in quantity.
To be eligible for an exchange your Item must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it. When making an exchange a Lifers member will inspect the item and notify you if it is approved based on the condition of the item. If approved, Lifers PNW will process your exchange and take care of the shipping. If we do not have the correct size in stock we may issue you an in-store credit or gift card.
